Show Notes:
Sister, welcome to episode seven of Rooted Feminine. I sort of halfway apologize for the Click Baby title. I just wanted to get your attention and do this topic some justice because the word toxic has been thrown around a lot. It's almost like the word trauma, both of which are very important words and have weighty meanings to them, but are kind of thrown around in a nonchalant way. So, I wanted to bring some attention and love to this word and do it some justice in an episode.
I also want to share before we jump in, that everything I'm going to talk about here today is true for masculine energy as well. So when we're talking about the three types of feminine energy and how it manifests, the same is true for masculine. We know that the masculine can be toxic. We also know that the masculine can be immature and mature, which we're going to talk about today. So it's not just about being a toxic feminine or toxic woman. And remember, neither of these energies are gendered. Men can have toxic masculine energy and men can have toxic feminine energy and vice versa. This is true all around, we're not just talking about that quote-unquote "nasty woman".
One thing that we need to move into is knowing that our feminine energy is always serving us. It is always there, whether we're aware of it, whether we're consciously calling upon it or not. Our feminine is there because the feminine never left. She never left our planet, society, or the human race. She was driven underground. Feminine energy has been dormant and quiet. However, as we know from a previous episode, she is rising and we see evidence of that all around. Just because she was underground does not mean that she's been gone or eradicated. She's just been sleeping and biding her time patiently to come back when we were ready, able, and willing to receive her and channel her.
By going underground, we lost our connection to her source. We have forgotten how to channel her intentionally and work with her. While some of us are more in tune and getting divine downloads and manifesting things, the question is, is that intentional and conscious? Our ancestors knew how to work with this energy consciously, cultivating their relationship with the sacred feminine and masculine, and utilizing those purposefully. That is something we do not remember how to do, and that's why we're here. This is about remembering our magic, realizing we are divine, and that we are portals and channels. Our goal is to manifest and channel the divine into physical reality.
In ancient times, the ability to read nature kept people alive. Leading with love created a community, which also kept people alive. We need more of this in our modern-day society. The feminine is rising because she is needed right now. We can reconnect, remember, and channel this purposefully and intentionally.
Being unaware of how our feminine energy is serving us and not channeling it consciously can be damaging to important relationships in our lives. It’s not about pleasing people, but about taking ownership of the way we’re showing up in the world. It’s about being sovereign and understanding that our actions have consequences. If we're oblivious to our actions, we cannot intentionally choose the consequences.
In the same vein, if we're unaware of how we're impacting people, we're probably very unaware of how we're impacting our environment. This includes our energetic environment and our planetary environment. We cause harm to ourselves, others, and the environment. Whether we're aware or not, whether it's intentional or not, we are not operating from a place of awareness. We are not tuned in.
There's no sense of responsibility. But when we do create this grounded relationship with our feminine, when we are able to have an awareness, when we're awakened to the way that we are operating in the world, the way that we're operating with others, we're opening our connection to the divine, right?
We are becoming those conduits, we're becoming those channels. And what is the divine, if not love? So if we are becoming that conduit and we're choosing it, and we're doing it with intention and attention, then we're channeling the universe, we're channeling divine love. We're supporting the planet, all of her people, all of her inhabitants, all of her flora and fauna. We can be a lighthouse, a beam of sacred feminine, and we can pour in, we can receive this spirit.
I was at a conference recently and one of the presenters was talking about channeling and being a conduit, saying, "from spirit through spirit to spirit." When we consciously connect with our sacred, when we tune in, when we turn on, when we awaken, when we channel, when we become this conduit, it's from spirit through spirit to spirit. From love through love to love.
To put this into context, we want to look at the sacred feminine energy and how it's showing up in your life and how you are relating to it. There are three ways. The first way is immaturely. This is not meant as an insult. What we're talking about here is being unconscious to your feminine energy. Many, if not most of us, are somewhat unconscious to facets of our feminine energy. This is not something to be ashamed of. It's just an honest evaluation.
If you have immature feminine energy, you're unconscious. This means that the feminine is present, but you're not in direct communication with it. You're not intentionally channeling; you're not working with your magic or mysticism. Your soul's purpose is not able to flow through you.
This might manifest in different ways, but common signs include being easily triggered or overly emotional. This is the warrior energy being activated. It is trying to protect you, but it’s ungrounded, so it reacts rather than responds.
Another way immature energy might show up is through self-sabotage. This is where the dark goddess energy is at play. It is removing things from your life or making big changes, but it’s ungrounded. You are not consciously inviting this energy to transform your life. Instead, it just tears things down.
The second way to relate to feminine energy is toxic. Are you toxic? Is your relationship with your divine feminine toxic? When it’s toxic, you're conscious of what you're doing, but you're consciously manipulating. You're aware of your power, you know that you have potent feminine energies, but you're wielding this power in a way that's harmful or manipulative, or just to get what you want. It’s not rooted in love or well-being for yourself or others. This kind of behavior might feel good on the surface, but then it leaves you with guilt or shame.
For example, some people have used sex to get what they want. This is an example of toxic feminine energy. It’s rooted in ulterior motives, and it’s all about getting what you want without considering the impact on others or yourself in a deeper sense.
Being conscious and intentional about how we connect with our feminine energy, and ensuring that it is grounded and aligned with love and well-being for all, is crucial in cultivating a healthy relationship with the sacred feminine.
Toxic is going to bring up shadow when we're working with our toxic feminine; it's just going to happen. So, using sex to get what you want is the seductress trying to activate your sensuality and sexuality, but not in a sacred way. It’s using sexual attraction to manipulate someone or something, or a situation.
Another way this shows up, completely opposite and doesn't have to be sexual, is feigned incompetence. For example, after a big fight with your significant other, instead of addressing the conflict, you might ask them to open a jar of spaghetti sauce because you're "not strong enough." This feigning of incompetence manipulates them into fixing the conflict. This is the maiden energy showing up in a toxic way; youthful, fresh, playful, but selfish and manipulating the situation.
So, immature is completely unconscious or unaware. Toxic is conscious but manipulative. Now, let's talk about mature feminine energy, which is conscious change-making. This is the ultimate goal we're all striving for. This is about embodying our feminine, forming a mature relationship with her, understanding the potency of your power, and consciously using it for the betterment of yourself and the collective. Mature feminine energy is whole and healed, rooted in love, and aimed at the betterment of all. This is when you become that channel for universal magic - from source through source to source, from love through love to love, from spirit through spirit to spirit.
For example, cultivating a family culture where you set rules and expectations, values and behaviors, for your kids, your partner, and yourself is an example of mature feminine energy. This is the queen archetype coming in, creating your queendom, consciously aware of your leadership potential and ensuring it is rooted in love and the betterment of all.
Another example of mature feminine energy is birthing a new offer in your business with intention. Instead of just throwing things at the wall, these offers feel aligned not only with you but with your audience. You are channeling the sacredness of Matrixx, creating something new that serves the dharma of your people.
In conclusion, all of us have tendencies to be immature, toxic, and have the capability to have mature relationships with our energy. It’s about opening our awareness, evaluating how we operate, and being willing to look at it even when it’s uncomfortable or difficult.
Once you're aware and open, actively cultivate that relationship with your energy by being with it, sitting with it, seeing how it manifests for you, and understanding what it needs from you. Becoming that channel and conduit takes time; it evolves and develops.
