Show Notes:

Hey sister, welcome to episode 15 of Rooted Feminine. I'm feeling truly honored today because enrollment for the Rooted Sisterhood officially opens for our fall season. If you haven't heard of Rooted or the Rooted Sisterhood, we'll delve into it today, and maybe you'd love to join us.

When you join Rooted, you're becoming part of a 12-month sisterhood. We're walking through an entire rebirth cycle together. Fall, the current season, is the shadow season. If you've followed the podcast recently, you know we've been working with our shadow.

This is our focus in Rooted for the next three months: September, October, and November. We're exploring the shadowy aspects of ourselves. This is where our rebirth cycle begins. You can start your rebirth cycle from any point, making it possible to join Rooted in any season. Think of it like the butterfly's journey.

We start as a caterpillar, enter the cocoon, transform into goo, and emerge as a butterfly, flying through life. This mirrors our journey in Rooted. The caterpillar entering the cocoon signifies the shadow season, a womb-like, cave-like space where we'll delve into our shadows. The goo phase is about integration, change, and transformation.

This takes place during the winter months in Rooted. When the caterpillar becomes a butterfly emerging from the cocoon, it's the springtime emergence. The butterfly's exploration signifies the liberation season, which is summer. Join Rooted in the fall as you enter the cocoon, journey through shadow and healing in winter, emerge in spring, and experience liberation in fall.

This repeats in cycles. It's the ideal time to join the Rooted Sisterhood, starting your rebirth journey. I'd love to support you, and the sisters in Rooted would too.

Now, let's discuss participating in Rooted. Understand the time commitment, energetic investment, and the support you'll receive. You commit to a 12-month journey through the four seasons, connecting you to your feminine essence. We explore feminine archetypes.

In shadow season, we focus on the seductress, dark goddess, and more. Visit rootedfeminine.com/collective to enroll and learn about the other seasons. Fall and autumn stand out, where you work on shadow aspects in your personal rebirth journey.

You'll delve deeply into shadow work, addressing biases and misconceptions. In your "remember" week, I provide a private podcast. This contrasts with the public podcast you're listening to now. Rooted offers a safe space to explore, transform, and embrace your true self.

I am more raw and real, and definitely much deeper. Let's delve into what's happening each month: the start, middle, and end of shadow season. We explore the energetics, ancient practices, wisdom, holidays, and ceremonies. We strip away conditioning, patriarchal notions, external and internal messages, ancestral influences, epigenetics - all of it.

In the second week, we have our reconnect week. We engage in sisterhood rituals and circle activities. These rituals vary from witchcraft-inspired or magical to practical. For instance, we might write a self-paced journal entry from our future self. Rituals align with each month's energy.

Reconnect week revives your magic. After re-establishing your connection to the energy, you embrace your inner magic and medicine while bonding in the sister circle. The third week is our reflect week, an introspective solo period. This pattern alternates between solo and sisterhood weeks. I provide tools like a private Spotify playlist, a meditation that activates the archetype, journal prompts, and perhaps a tarot spread or recipes. These help you delve into your connection with the energy.

In week four, we return to sisterhood for our reclaim week. It's a sharing circle. How did the energy manifest for you? Was it challenging or easy? Did it trigger anything? How did you reestablish your bond with this feminine energy?

This structure has merit for a couple of reasons. Alternating solo and sisterhood weeks allows you to establish your personal connection and a collective one. You have time to engage, reflect, inquire, and share. These mirror the principles of the feminine path: nurturing oneself to heal the collective or elevate it.

For the fall season, we have a remember week, reconnect week, reflect week, and reclaim week in September, focused on the seductress archetype. Seductress isn't just about sex; it involves sensations, relational qualities, and more. We'll explore this through a private podcast, sister circles, rituals, reflection exercises, and sharing.

In October, the rhythm repeats as we concentrate on the witch archetype. We'll unpack preconceived notions and reconnect with the witch archetype on a soul level. November follows the same pattern, emphasizing the feminine essence, with a focus on the Dark Goddess archetype. Remembering, reconnecting, reflecting, and reclaiming.

This structure continues through winter, spring, and summer, guiding you through shadow, healing, emerging, and liberation seasons.

A couple of downloads came through while explaining the rhythm. Every individual, regardless of gender, has access to these archetypal energies. Working with archetypes allows us to give names and faces, forming relationships with various feminine aspects. Archetypes are categories of energy that offer a construct to understand the diverse ways the feminine manifests and creates magic.

Archetypes enable us to speak about and reflect upon these energies. They serve as a means to establish connections. Through this Rooted journey in the sisterhood, we externalize these energies. Rooted sisters sometimes assign names or faces to archetypes. This aids in understanding and connecting with the energies.

By the end of the four seasons, you'll have integrated these energies within you. The goal is to develop a strong relationship with each, enabling you to invoke them as needed. For example, if you require assertiveness, you can call upon the warrior archetype. This practice helps you feel deeply grounded, trust yourself, and confidently occupy space in the world.

Now, some may have stronger or easier connections to certain archetypes. A friend of mine, Taylor Carr, is closely linked to the seductress archetype. Others might find some archetypes more accessible than others due to their inherent qualities. This program is designed with sisterhood support to address challenges and provide a safe space.

Participation involves about an hour to an hour and a half per week, including ritual calls and circle activities. This routine practice helps embody the energies daily. Rooted cultivates a deeper spiritual connection. It shifts from something you do to something you are.

If you're seeking to embody your feminine journey and sacred feminine magic, Rooted will guide you. It navigates you through a full rebirth cycle each season, connecting you with different facets of your feminine essence. This transformation over the year is comparable to a caterpillar becoming a butterfly through metamorphosis.

I invite you to join us in the Rooted Sisterhood for the fall season. More details are available at rootedfeminine.com/collective. You can learn about the entire four-season transformation and the archetypes we work with. Enrollment is open until Friday, so if this resonates with you, visit the website to join.

This is your call. I'll be back next week to discuss sacredness in numerology and other upcoming episodes. Thank you for being here in Temple Space.
